When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address. I am the only member of staff who has access to this information.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will not use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy and Paypal to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and to comply with my legal and tax obligations. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years. I will securely store any data collected during that period. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted unless this contradicts my legal or tax obligations. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

All products on our website are processed within 1- 2 business days of the order. Once we receive an order and the proof has been sent and approved, we print and ship the order. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.
HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders placed today, generally ship within 2 business days. Once you finalize your proof, we will print and ship your order. If we do not hear from you within 2 - 3 business days after we have sent a proof we will assume the proof is approved and we will ship the order directly to you. Please allow at least 1 business day for your order to ship after proof approval.
Can you change the color of any design ?
Yes, almost all of our designs can be changed.
Do you replace defective, imperfect labels or merchandise ?
We recognize that sometimes labels may be shipped with an imperfection or flaw. due to this, we always send a few extra labels to cover for any defects. if you notice a few labels with imperfections and didn't receive enough extra labels to cover the difference, please message us and we will send you a new labels.
What If I made an error on my order ?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement. If we made the error, we will replace your order.
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted. If a proof has been sent after the order was placed a $5 proof fee be applied.
NOTE: Great Little Favor Co also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material
Our standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days, including delivery depending on what you order in the United States. We recommend that you order at least 7 days in advance before your event. If your event is less than 7 days from the day your ordering, you will need to request Overnight or Express Mail Shipping.
Please note that all personalized gifts are shipped on Priority mail and take 3 days to arrive on this method. However this is not guaranteed by the post office. The only method they will guarantee is express mail.
Personalized Labels are shipped on the method you select. Please note that regular mail will take longer to arrive than priority mail and is not guaranteed to arrive by any date.

When your order ships, you will receive an Etsy tracking notification. Once we ship your package, it's out of our hands. **We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced, lost, delayed or damaged packages due to post office negligence.** Be sure to contact your local USPS for info on your package should you experience any delays, loss or breakages and notify us immediately so that we can replace the product.
Yes, we understand that most need to see the product with their personalization on it to have an idea of what it would look like. therefore, we offer proofs for anyone who requests one. Simply message us which item your interested in, be sure to include your personalization, and we will be happy to create a proof for you before you finalize the order!
If you prefer to wait until after the order is placed, we will work with you, sending as many proofs as you need, to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping.
Your digital proof will be emailed to your etsy account within 2 business days from date of purchase, Please be sure to monitor your email as sometimes proofs can end up in the junk file.
90 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only
If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us by messaging us via Etsy conversations.
Defective products may only be replaced within 90 days of purchase. In order to process your replacement, we will need your order number, description of the defect, and photos showing the defect.
In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or error on our part, we will replace the product.
If you contact us outside of this timeline, we offer a 30% discount off the original retail price for any replacement.
We generally allow 24 hours for a response on a proof. If we don't hear back from you in this time frame, we will attempt to reach out to you. If still no response is received, your order will be printed as is.
Mint Tin Orders: If no response is received within the time frame mentioned above, the stickers will be shipped unattached to the tins.
Can you match the design of something I have ?
Yes! We can match or almost match any example you send us. Simply make a request. Please note we do not charge a design fee anything new for you.
We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you.
If the return is being made due simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 90 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped without labels attached.
Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.
We offer two levels of service:
♥ Empty Tins with Labels:
If you are ordering unfilled tins, they will arrive with labels ready to attach and require minimal assembly.
♥ Filled Tins with Candy:
With the filled option choose from original peppermint candy, skittles, jelly belly's, or M&Ms - filled tins come completely assembled, labeled, safety sealed and ready to hand out.
♥ Tins measure 2 inches in diameter, 3/4 inches deep. However other sizes are available upon request.
♥ You will receive a proof in your Etsy Messages and can request changes, before we print your order. (proofs generally arrive in 1-2 business days)
♥ Tins ship on Priority mail and typically take 3 - 4 days to arrive.
