CAN YOU DESIGN CUSTOM DESIGNS OR LOGOS ?
We can create just about any design your interested in. Simply message us the theme and your ideas and we will create a few proofs for you to choose from. If your looking to have a custom logo made feel free to send us a sample of what your looking for or jot down a few ideas.
All products on our website are processed within 1 business day of the order. Once we receive an order and the proof has been sent and approved, we usually ship each order within 1-2 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.
HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders placed today, generally ship within 1 business day. Some items may take slightly longer. Once you finalize your proof, we will print and ship your order. If we do not hear from you within 2 - 3 business days after we have sent a proof we will assume the proof is approved and we will ship the order directly to you. DO YOU REPLACE DEFECTIVE OR IMPERFECT LABELS OR MERCHANDISE ?
We recognize that sometimes labels may be shipped with an imperfection or flaw. due to this, we always send a few extra labels to cover for any defects. if you notice a few labels with imperfections and didn't receive enough extra labels to cover the difference, please message us and we will send you a new labels.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS MADE BY ME ?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order.
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

All items will be shipped and delivered to the ship to address you provided on your Etsy account during checkout.
All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. US Packages typically take from 3-7 days for delivery, International packages may require up to 14 days for delivery due to customs processing.
Due to postal and shipping regulations, we cannot change an address once shipped. Please double check the address before finalizing checkout. We will not take responsibility for any packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer. To change an address after an order is placed, contact us by phone at 806-412-0745.
We generally allow 2 business days for a response on a proof. If we don't hear back from you in this time frame, we will attempt to reach out to you. If still no response is received, your order will be printed as is.
