Water Bottle Brands that Fit Our Labels:

When looking for a water bottle for your labels to fit your labels we recommend taking a regular piece of paper with you to the store folded either 7 1/2", 8", or 8.18" across. If the paper wraps securely around the bottle, our labels will fit that bottle.

When shopping for bottles we recommend any bottle between 8 oz to 16.9 oz such as:

Sams Club Water known as Sams Choice 10 oz bottles, we recommend the 8" x 2" label size

These are a few that we've tried that fit securely with adequate overlap around the bottles. Please note that different regions sell different brands of water so its very important to measure the bottles to ensure your labels will fit securely around the bottle.

Yes, we understand that most need to see the product with their personalization on it to have an idea of what it would look like. therefore, we offer proofs for anyone who requests one. Simply message us which item your interested in, be sure to include your personalization, and we will be happy to create a proof for you before you finalize the order!

If you prefer to wait until after the order is placed, we will work with you, sending as many proofs as you need, to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping.

Your digital proof will be emailed to your etsy account within 2 business days from date of purchase, Please be sure to monitor your email as sometimes proofs can end up in the junk file.

Can I place orders by phone?

CAN YOU DESIGN CUSTOM DESIGNS OR LOGOS ?
We can create just about any design your interested in. Simply message us the theme and your ideas and we will create a few proofs for you to choose from. If your looking to have a custom logo made feel free to send us a sample of what your looking for or jot down a few ideas.

How long does it take to process an order?

All products on our website are processed within 1 business day of the order. Once we receive an order and the proof has been sent and approved, we usually ship each order within 1-2 business days. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.

HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders placed today, generally ship within 1 business day. Some items may take slightly longer. Once you finalize your proof, we will print and ship your order. If we do not hear from you within 2 - 3 business days after we have sent a proof we will assume the proof is approved and we will ship the order directly to you. Please allow 2 business days for your order to ship after proof approval.

DO YOU REPLACE DEFECTIVE OR IMPERFECT LABELS OR MERCHANDISE ?
We recognize that sometimes labels may be shipped with an imperfection or flaw. due to this, we always send a few extra labels to cover for any defects. if you notice a few labels with imperfections and didn't receive enough extra labels to cover the difference, please message us and we will send you a new labels.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS MADE BY ME ?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). Take special care when reviewing your order. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we do offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement. Of course, if we made the error, we will replace your order.

Can I cancel or change my order ?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted. If a proof has been sent after the order was placed a $5 proof fee be applied.

NOTE: Great Little Favor Co also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ?
All items will be shipped and delivered to the ship to address you provided on your Etsy account during checkout.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. US Packages typically take from 3-7 days for delivery, International packages may require up to 14 days for delivery due to customs processing.

ADDRESS CHANGES:
Due to postal and shipping regulations, we cannot change an address once shipped. Please double check the address before finalizing checkout. We will not take responsibility for any packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by a customer. To change an address after an order is placed, contact us by phone at 806-412-0745.

What if I don't respond to my Proof?

We generally allow 2 business days for a response on a proof. If we don't hear back from you in this time frame, we will attempt to reach out to you. If still no response is received, your order will be printed as is.

Mint Tin Orders: If no response is received within the time frame mentioned above, the stickers will be shipped unattached to the tins.

Shipping Policy:

All our our shipments are shipped with the US Postal Service.

USPS Overnight Services are available,however for rural areas, Overnight express shipping may take 2 business days to arrive.

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic Etsy notification with your tracking information.

Please Note: Once we send your package to the post office, it's out of our hands. **We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced, lost, delayed or damaged packages due to post office negligence.** Be sure to contact your local USPS for information on your package should you experience any delays, loss or breakages.

For all damaged or misplaced packages, please contact us immediately, so that can replace the order for you once a claim has been processed.

How do I add personalization to my order

You'll want to add your personalization to your order after you've added the item to your cart.

On the cart page, on the lower left hand side of the screen is a box that says "add a note to greatlittlefavorco, optional". Its located under the product image and gift checkbox icon. Be sure to list any information in that box you need us to know to create your proof or make your order.
