Water Bottle Brands that Fit Our Labels:

When looking for a water bottle for your labels to fit your labels we recommend taking a regular piece of paper with you to the store folded either 7 1/2", 8", or 8.18" across. If the paper wraps securely around the bottle, our labels will fit that bottle.

When shopping for bottles we recommend any bottle between 8 oz to 16.9 oz such as:

Recommended for 8.1875" x 1.375" labels:

Recommended for 8" x 2" labels:
Sams Club Water known as Sams Choice 10 oz bottles, we recommend the 8" x 2" label size

For those needing a smaller size label for a narrower bottle we recommend the 7.5" x 1.5" label

These are a few that we've tried that fit securely with adequate overlap around the bottles. Please note that different regions sell different brands of water so its very important to measure the bottles to ensure your labels will fit securely around the bottle.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process an order?

All products on our website are processed within 1- 2 business days of the order. Once we receive an order and the proof has been sent and approved, we print and ship the order. Personalized items are processed individually, therefore, these items can take a little longer to complete.

HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER SHIP ?
Orders placed today, generally ship within 2 business days. Once you finalize your proof, we will print and ship your order. If we do not hear from you within 2 - 3 business days after we have sent a proof we will assume the proof is approved and we will ship the order directly to you. Please allow at least 1 business day for your order to ship after proof approval.

Can you change the color of any design ?
Yes, almost all of our designs can be changed.

Do you replace defective, imperfect labels or merchandise ?
We recognize that sometimes labels may be shipped with an imperfection or flaw. due to this, we always send a few extra labels to cover for any defects. if you notice a few labels with imperfections and didn't receive enough extra labels to cover the difference, please message us and we will send you a new labels.

What If I made an error on my order ?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!). In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer a 30% discount off the original retail price on the replacement. If we made the error, we will replace your order.

Can I cancel or change my order ?

Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted. If a proof has been sent after the order was placed a $5 proof fee be applied.

NOTE: Great Little Favor Co also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material

How do I know if I need an order Rushed or Overnighted ?

Our standard turnaround time is 4-7 business days, including delivery depending on what you order in the United States. We recommend that you order at least 7 days in advance before your event. If your event is less than four days from the day your ordering, you will need to request Overnight or Express Mail Shipping.

Please note that all personalized gifts are shipped on Priority mail and take 3 days to arrive on this method.

How long will it take to ship ?

All our our shipments are shipped with the US Postal Service.

Orders take 1 - 2 days to leave our office plus shipping time.

Regular mail: 3 -7 days
Priority mail: 2 - 3 days
Express Mail: 1 - 2 days
International: requires up to 14+ days for delivery due to customs processing.

When your order ships, you will receive an Etsy notification with your tracking information. Once we send your package to the post office, it's out of our hands. **We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for misplaced, lost, delayed or damaged packages due to post office negligence.** Be sure to contact your local USPS for info on your package should you experience any delays, loss or breakages and notify us immediately so that we can replace the product.

Can I see a proof before I order?

Yes, we understand that most need to see the product with their personalization on it to have an idea of what it would look like. therefore, we offer proofs for anyone who requests one. Simply message us which item your interested in, be sure to include your personalization, and we will be happy to create a proof for you before you finalize the order!

If you prefer to wait until after the order is placed, we will work with you, sending as many proofs as you need, to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping.

Your digital proof will be emailed to your etsy account within 2 business days from date of purchase, Please be sure to monitor your email as sometimes proofs can end up in the junk file.

Can you match the design of something I have ?

Yes! We can match or almost match any example you send us. Simply make a request. Please note we do not charge a design fee anything new for you.

How do I personalized an order ?

You'll want to add your personalization to your order after you've added the item to your cart.

On the cart page, on the lower left hand side of the screen is a box that says "add a note to greatlittlefavorco, optional". Its located under the product image and gift checkbox icon located on the left side of the cart screen. Be sure to list any information in that box you need us to know to create your proof or make your order.

What if I don't respond to my proof ?

We generally allow 2 business days for a response on a proof. If we don't hear back from you in this time frame, we will attempt to reach out to you. If still no response is received, your order will be printed as is.

Mint Tin Orders: If no response is received within the time frame mentioned above, the stickers will be shipped unattached to the tins.

Returns and replacements policy

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you.

If the return is being made due simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 90 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, candy, or tins.

Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.
